What is snail mail?
Snail mail is physical mail that’s delivered through the postal service instead of digitally. Unlike emails or downloads, snail mail is something you can hold in your hands letters, art, prints, and little surprises delivered right to your mailbox. Magic Moon Mail brings the charm of traditional mail back with a monthly envelope filled with handmade art and moon-inspired extras. ✉️🌙
What is Magic Moon?
Magic Moon Mail is a monthly snail mail subscription filled with handmade art and moon-inspired extras. Each envelope includes a new art print inspired by the month’s lunar astrology along with a letter about the upcoming new and full moons, plus fun extras like stickers and hands-on activities / moon rituals.
What's the difference between Magic Moon and Magic Moon Deluxe?
Both subscriptions include handmade magic, but the contents are a little different.
Magic Moon includes:
- A themed art print
- Monthly astrology letter
- Stickers
Magic Moon Deluxe includes everything in Magic Moon, plus:
- An original hand-printed linocut
- A themed ritual or creative activity
- Extras that change each month
What kind of astrology is included in Magic Moon?
Magic Moon Mail focuses only on moon astrology, specifically the New Moon and Full Moon of each month.
Each letter explores the meaning of that month’s moon phases, how they may relate to themes in our lives, and how we can reflect, release, begin again, or move forward with more intention.
The monthly art print is also inspired by these moon themes, turning the astrology of the month into a visual story you can keep, display, and connect with.
When will my mail be sent?
All envelopes are packed and mailed around the 1st of each month. Delivery times vary depending on where you live. All envelopes are posted as untracked mail.
1-3 Weeks for inside Canada, 2-4 Weeks outside of Canada
What if my mail gets lost?
If your envelope hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery time (1-3 Weeks for inside Canada, 2-4 Weeks outside of Canada) please reach out and I’ll do my best to help resolve it.
What if my mail arrives damaged?
If your envelope or the items inside arrive damaged, please reach out as soon as possible with a photo of the damage. I’ll do my best to make it right and send a replacement if available. Every envelope is carefully packed, but once it’s in the postal system, handling is unfortunately out of my control. ✉️
When will my monthly subscription renew?
All Monthly Magic Moon Mail subscriptions renew on the 10th of each month. This helps me prepare the correct number of handmade packages for everyone before they ship.
Do 6-month subscriptions renew automatically?
No. The 6-month subscription is a one-time purchase and does not renew automatically. Once you've received all six monthly editions, your subscription ends on its own. If you'd like to continue receiving Magic Moon Mail, you can simply purchase another subscription whenever you're ready
Why am I charged in the previous month if the mail is for the next month?
Your payment is collected the month before because it covers the upcoming month's Magic Moon. This gives me time to create, print, handmake, and package every envelope before they're mailed on or before the 1st of the month, so they have the best chance of arriving during the month they're meant for.
For example, your July payment covers the August edition, which is shipped on or before August 1st so it can arrive during August!
If I sign up early in the month, when will I get my mail?
If you sign up early in the month, your first Magic Moon Mail package will be the following month's edition. For example, if you join anytime in July, you'll receive the August mail. All monthly envelopes are shipped on or before the 1st of each month.
I ordered multiple Catch-Up Mails, but I've only received one. Where are the rest?
Each Catch-Up Magic Moon Mail is shipped separately in its original individual packaging so that every month's mail arrives exactly as it was originally created. Because each envelope travels through the postal system on its own, they may arrive on different days.

What is a linocut print?
A linocut print is a handmade print created using a traditional printmaking technique. I carve my design into a sheet of linoleum by hand, roll ink onto the carved surface, and press it onto paper to create the final print.
Because each one is printed by hand, every linocut has its own unique character, with slight variations that make each piece one of a kind. It's one of my favourite ways to create art, and every Deluxe Magic Moon Mail includes an original hand-printed linocut.
