We currently ship to:

  • United States
  • International

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes charged by their country.

Shipping Method

  • Orders are shipped via standard postal services.
  • Tracking may not be available for all shipments, especially international mail.

  • United States: 7–14 business days

  • Mail returned to us due to address errors may not be eligible for reshipment.

Lost or Delayed Mail

If your Magic Moon Mail has not arrived:

  • Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery window

While we cannot guarantee replacements, we will do our best to assist with a replacement or offer store credit when possible.
