Return & Refund Policy

Because Magic Moon Mail Club is a monthly subscription featuring curated, limited-edition mail that is prepared and shipped with intention, all sales are final.

Subscription Orders

  • No refunds or returns are offered on subscription orders once they have been processed or shipped.
  • Each month’s mail is created in limited quantities and cannot be resold or reused.

Missed or Skipped Shipments

  • If you wish to pause, skip, or cancel your subscription, this must be done before the billing date for the upcoming month.
  • Once a billing cycle has begun, that month’s order is considered confirmed and cannot be refunded.

Damaged or Lost Mail

If your Magic Moon Mail arrives damaged or does not arrive at all:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date
  • Include your order number and a photo (if damaged)

We’re happy to:

  • Send a replacement (when available), or
  • Offer store credit if a replacement cannot be provided

Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your mailing address is correct at checkout.
  • Magic Moon Mail Club is not responsible for mail lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
