  • To avoid being charged for an upcoming month, subscriptions must be paused or canceled before the billing date.
  • Once a billing cycle has begun, that month’s order is considered confirmed and cannot be refunded.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our subscription and limited-edition mail:

  • All sales are final
  • No returns or refunds are offered once an order has been processed or shipped

Exceptions may be made at our discretion in cases of lost or damaged mail. Please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

6. Shipping

  • Magic Moon Mail Club is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or events outside our control.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
  • Mail returned due to incorrect addresses may not be eligible for reshipment or refund.
